 GOG Svendborg withdraws from EHF Cup.

EHF Cup game cancelledThe European Handball Federation was informed by the Danish GOG Svendborg that – because of financial difficulties of the club – the team will not be able to travel to the upcoming EHF Cup game in France and organise the return game on home court. The match between Dunkerque HB Grand Littoral/FRA and GOG Svendborg/DEN in Round 4 of the Men’s EHF Cup was schdeduled to take place on 13 February 2010 in Dunkerque and the second leg on 21 February 2010 in Gudme. The EHF was forced to cancel these games. As a consequence, Dunkerque HB Grand Littoral will continue in the Quarterfinals of the competition. TEXT: EHF |
