Suspension of Jonsson Einar Örn (Haukar/ ISL) for one match of EHF club competitions.

Vienna, 30 November 2009 - The EHF Body of 1st Instance has dealt with the case of Jonsson Einar Örn (Haukar/ ISL). 

The body was called together following the direct disqualification of Jonsson Einar Örn in the last seconds (59:59) of the Men's EHF Cup second leg match between Haukar/ ISL and PLER KC/ HUN, for an action of serious unsportsmanlike conduct. The game was played in Round 3 of the Men's EHF Cup on 15 November 2009.

As a result, Jonsson Einar Örn has been suspended for one match of an EHF club competition, which means that he will not be eligible to play the next match of his team (Naturhause La Rioja vs Haukar on 13/14 February 2010).
